We specialize in guiding farmers, ranchers, and qualifying land stewards in obtaining access to USDA programs and funding. We meet with you one-on-one to provide an objective analysis based on your current needs and work to align them with the assets of USDA programs.
Our goal is to work with American Indian, BIPOC, and other farmers and ranchers on applying for eligible grant funding opportunities. Based on your needs, we conduct research to identify grants across local, state, regional, and national-level funding agencies and then assist you in grant development.
Six-day intensives that bring you from the startup phase to a full draft business plan or completed loan application, at Global Village Farm in Grafton, MA. The curriculum is individualized to the needs of BIPOC farmers and available in English, Spanish or Portuguese.
The intensives are designed to build relationships between core team members and expand technical know-how. Facilitators are experienced in team building, business governance, market planning, and business plan development. Participants are selected by application, considering:
